Christine Shanahan
PRINCIPAL
Ms. Shanahan is an accomplished interior designer with more than twenty years of professional design experience. As Principal, she oversees and manages the design team as well as creates exceptional designs for the firm’s portfolio of boutique and branded projects. In addition to hospitality, Ms. Shanahan has extensive experience with commercial, industrial, health care, assisted living, and residential projects. Ms. Shanahan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Trade & Marketing from Bentley College and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She has a Masters in Interior Design from Suffolk University. She is NCIDQ, a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and Network of Executive Women in Hospitality (NEWH).
Scott P. Rosenberg
PRINCIPAL
Mr. Rosenberg takes a unique, holistic approach of architecture, design, master planning, and real estate strategy to create practical solutions to add value to hospitality assets. He has more than 30 years of experience in architecture and real estate development-related fields and is a licensed architect in 25 states and the District of Columbia. He is also a NCIDQ-certified interior designer. His hospitality experience spans renovations and new buildings for select-service, extended-stay, boutique, full-service, conference-center, and luxury hotels. Mr. Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida, a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Johns Hopkins University.
Warren Feldman
PRINCIPAL
With more than 35 years of experience, Mr. Feldman's expertise includes work as an Architect and Owner’s Representative in the direction and management of multi-million dollar commercial, institutional, educational, residential, and hospitality projects. Prior to joining Nehmer Mr. Feldman worked on the feasibility, design, and construction of diverse projects including hotels, high rise commercial corporate headquarters, educational facilities, civic projects, and housing development projects. He received his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degree from the Washington University in St. Louis and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Complementing his education in Architecture, Mr. Feldman completed his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University in December, 1999, and is a member of the Maryland Bar.
Sharon Perkins
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Ms. Perkins brings a vibrant, innovative perspective on interior design and a strong sense of organization and attention to detail to the HVS Design team. She leads the firm's team of designers in producing design and construction documentation and providing contract administration services during the installation phase. Before joining HVS Design, Ms. Perkins worked as an interior designer at an international design firm, where she played an important part in the design and implementation of notable projects. Ms. Perkins received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Boston Architectural College in Boston, Massachusetts.
