HVS Design and Nehmer provided Interior Design and Architecture services for the $16 million renovation of the  Marriott Kansas City Hotel in Overland Park, KS.  The renovation included updates to all guestrooms, public spaces including the lobby, an expanded fitness center, concierge lounge, meeting spaces, and a new restaurant and bar.  The design of the property connects the local heartland's diverse landscapes, warm people, historic attractions, and modern innovations. Textured finishes, warm wood tones, and modern digital art are joined together as a robust expression of the spirited Overland Park community.
